HEALTH:
PogStar Hedgehogs guarantees our spiny mice to be free from any known health problems at the time of sale. Any animal may be returned to the breeder within one week of the purchase date if a problem arises with the animals health or temperament. This guarantee does not cover problems caused by accident, negligence, or abuse.
PRICING:
Because we value the happiness of our spiny mice we will only sell them in
same sex pairs or trios except to USDA licensed breeders. If you feel that your
circumstances merit an exception, feel free to contact us, but please understand
that we feel strongly about this policy. Our same sex pairs sell for $20, and trios
for $25. Please contact us if you wish to inquire about unrelated breeding pairs,
purchasing a full set up with your mice, or the discount we offer to educators
wishing to purchase spiny mice to share with their classrooms.
RESERVATIONS:
PogStar Hedgehogs welcomes reservations on babies from current or upcoming
litters. There is no cost to be placed upon a waiting list and contacted about a
specific litter, or when we have babies available. Payment in full will be required
to hold babies beyond six weeks unless previous arrangements have been
made.
REFERENCES:
We are happy to provide a list of references for you to contact regarding the
quality of our animals or service.
PAYMENT:
We appreciate payment in the form of cash, money orders, or cashier's checks.
Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
SHIPPING:
At this time we have not found a safe, reasonably affordable way to ship our
spiny mice. If you have suggestions they are welcomed, but please keep in
mind that we are not willing to use any means that are illegal or likely to put our
little friends in any danger.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
We at PogStar Hedgehogs do not believe that purchasing a pet is something to
be done lightly. If you have any questions or concerns about spiny mice as a
pet, please do not hesitate to contact us for help with your decision. PogStar
Hedgehogs will replace an animal that proves unsuitable due to health or
temperament, but does not offer refunds. If for some reason you are unable to
keep your pet, we are happy to assist you in finding it a new home, but are
unable to offer financial compensation.
AFTER SALE HELP:
We want you to have the best possible experience with your new pet. To help

after you take your spiny mice home.
