Getting Started2035 viewsThe hardest part of getting started handfeeding is getting the babies to eat. Unfortunately we have yet to find any nipples small enough to take advantage of babies natural instinct to suck, so they have to be slowly taught to swallow milk dropped into their mouth. Some babies catch on quickly while others take a while. You have to be VERY careful while doing this as putting only a little too much formula into their mouths can result in it being inhaled.
